26.5 inches, 19.1 lbs., 17.5 in. head
Our doc doesn't like to talk percentages, but I caught them on her computer screen this time...
98% on weight, 92% on height, 95% on head
It is funny because he started out on the small side and now his x is just barely on the chart. Doc said that they don't know why, but breastfed babies tend to get really large at this age and stay really large until they are about 2 years old. After that, breastfed babies thin out and have a much, much lower rate of obesity, but they get pretty big as babies. We love our little chunky monkey...wouldn't have our healthy baby any other way!

Sounds like you've got a good pediatrician there! Tis true about breastfed babies being chunky little things. Although for mine, they started thinning out once they started walking and really getting mobile (first breastfed til 2 years old, second 1.5 years old and still going). And your dr. probably already knows this, but there are separate charts for breastfed babies (kellymom.com has samples), which is nice to have once they do get older and start measuring a bit on the slender side. If you keep using the formula-fed charts, breastfeeders seem a little slim, when really they're usually right on target (for growth & lots of other things). Just a random thought I had as I was reading...
